Job summary

MaintainX, a leading work execution platform now part of Autodesk, is hiring for an SEO-focused role on the Demand Generation team in the United States. You will implement the GEO and SEO strategy, run keyword research, track rankings, and collaborate with web, content and product teams to improve visibility.

You will work with a Senior SEO/GEO Specialist to experiment with ideas for LLMs and AI citations, and you’ll own core projects within 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years in SEO, via a role or internship.
• Hands-on keyword research and rank tracking with Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Understanding of how search evolves with LLMs and citations.
• Experience running tests and learning from results.
• Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical teammates.
• Strong organization to manage multiple projects.
• Comfort making decisions without a clear answer.

Responsibilities

• Turn SEO strategy into shipped work to appear in searches.
• Run content refreshes and gap pieces from brief to publish.
• Review backlink and offsite citations for quality.
• Support technical SEO and keyword research, flag issues.
• Be the day-to-day contact for web, design, content, product teams and vendors.
• Design and run experiments with Senior SEO/GEO Specialist and document results.
