Job summary

MaintainX is seeking an SEO/Demand Generation Associate to join the Demand Generation team. You will transform our SEO and GEO strategy into shipped content, run refreshes, review backlinks, and support technical SEO and keyword research.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of SEO experience, via role or strong internship.
• Hands-on keyword research and rank tracking with Semrush, Ahrefs or similar tools.
• Understanding of how search is evolving, including LLMs.”
• Experience explaining technical ideas to non-technical teammates.
• Ability to juggle several projects and follow up until completion.
• Comfort making decisions in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Turn SEO and GEO strategy into shipped work to improve visibility.
• Run content refreshes and gap pieces from brief to publish.
• Review backlinks and offsite citations to maintain high-quality links.
• Support technical SEO and keyword research, flag issues early.
• Be day-to-day contact for web/design/content/product teams and vendors.
• Design and run experiments with the Senior SEO/GEO Specialist.
