Kampgrounds of America, Inc. (KOA) seeks an SEO Manager to lead national SEO, GEO/AI discovery, and multi-location local SEO initiatives across KOA.com and the campground network.

The role requires deep technical SEO knowledge, content strategy collaboration, and vendor-management experience to drive visibility and measurable business outcomes for KOA's brand and network of locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience across multiple locations and channels.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and local search.
• Experience with Google Business Profile management and local listings.

Responsibilities

• Lead national SEO, local SEO, and GEO/AI discovery programs and align with digital strategies.
• Identify opportunities and translate into prioritized work plans across teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Content, and Analytics.
• Oversee local-listing management, profiles, and location data consistency across the campground network.
• Develop reporting and measurement methodologies linking visibility to reservations and revenue.
