Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to join the Digital Center of Excellence in Atlanta. You will execute website content updates, perform keyword research, and ensure brand standards and privacy compliance while boosting organic traffic and leads.

Collaborating with brand teams, copywriters, and external partners, you’ll develop data-driven content outlines, brief writers, validate page layouts, and monitor performance with GA4 and Search Console.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on experience in digital content management, SEO, and web publishing.
• Proficiency with enterprise CMS, GA4, Google Search Console, and keyword tools (Semrush, Ahrefs).
• Experience in multi-location or home services marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Content Management & Request Execution: Own and manage the daily content ticket queue, executing website copy updates, page builds, and media asset updates accurately and within established SLAs.
• SEO & Keyword Optimization: Conduct keyword research, competitive gap analyses, and search intent studies to optimize existing pages and create data-driven content outlines for service pages, local franchise sites, and content calendars.
• Editorial Quality & Compliance: Review, proofread, and audit digital assets to ensure strict compliance with brand style guidelines, legal privacy regulations, E-E-A-T standards, and readability best practices.
• Agency & Writer Briefing: Draft clear, structured content briefs for in-house writers and agency partners, providing direction on SEO targets and tone.
• Website Launch & Migration Support: Coordinate content assets, redirects, and layout validation for new franchise sites and domain migrations.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor content performance using GA4 and Google Search Console, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversions.
