McCarthy Auto Group in Leawood, KS is hiring a hands-on SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on growing organic search visibility across 9 brands and 4 collision centers.

You will write and optimize blog posts and website content, perform technical SEO, manage Google Business Profiles for all locations, and report on key metrics to drive growth and lead generation. This fast-paced dealership environment offers competitive pay and benefits.

We’re looking for a driven and knowledgeable SEO Specialist to join our marketing team and help drive growth across 9 automotive brands and 4 collision centers. This is a full-time, on-site position, perfect for someone who thrives on optimizing digital presence and wants to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute organic search strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation.

• Perform back-end website optimization (meta tags, site structure, technical SEO).
• Manage and engage with Google Business Profiles for all locations.
• Track performance and report on key SEO metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Pay & Benefits
