Job summary

Living Spaces in La Mirada, CA seeks an SEO Content Analyst to shape content strategy, lead local SEO initiatives, and manage digital PR and outreach.

You will partner with SEO, editorial, and business leaders to research opportunities, monitor performance, and drive data-driven optimization using tools like Glimpse and Clearscope.

The role emphasizes collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams, supporting store openings and ongoing optimization with a strong analytics foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Administration, Journalism, English, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital SEO, PR, outreach, relationship management, content development, AI-assisted content production, keyword research, and local SEO.

Responsibilities

• Optimize content for GEO and AEO to improve visibility across AI-driven search and answer platforms.
• Lead digital PR, Reddit and SEO outreach initiatives, maintaining relationships with key partners to support authority building and backlink growth.
• Manage agency partnerships and content production vendors to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
• Oversee and execute the local SEO program, including Uberall platform, listings management, audits, and ongoing optimization.
• Support new store openings by launching and optimizing local SEO listings, ensuring immediate visibility on Apple Maps, Google Maps, etc.
• Develop and execute content strategy across editorial and eCommerce initiatives, leveraging data insights and AI-driven tools.
• Oversee the Content Hub strategy, including editorial calendar management and content production planning.
• Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify performance opportunities and prioritize new content development.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and search engine algorithm updates to inform strategy adjustments.
• Develop competitive analysis reports to identify opportunities for scaling eCommerce traffic.
