Job summary

Digible, Inc. is seeking an SEO Strategist to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of local campaigns across multifamily, student, and senior housing, applying professional judgment across technical, on-site, and off-site SEO.

You directly execute when strategic insight is needed while coordinating with Coordinators for standardized execution. You’ll diagnose optimizations, audit websites, and manage Google Business Profile, GTM, and Search Console.

Qualifications

2–4 years of concentrated SEO experience.
Experience implementing local SEO campaigns across multiple markets.
Proficiency with on-site and off-site SEO strategies.
Working knowledge of Google Business Profile, GTM, and Google Search Console.
Experience conducting website audits and implementing technical SEO recommendations.
Google Analytics Certification.
Strong copywriting and research skills.
Familiarity with emerging AI integrations in SEO.
Strong communication skills, initiative, and high attention to detail.
Multifamily, student housing, or senior living experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of up to 108 accounts, owning SEO performance and executing complex changes.
Diagnose and prioritize on-site and off-site optimizations to improve rankings.
Conduct website audits and implement technical SEO recommendations.
Manage Google Business Profile, GTM, and Search Console health across accounts.
Drive organic traffic and rankings through fundamentals.
Flag declining visibility or technical health trends early.
Analyze campaign performance and provide client-facing recommendations.
Identify keyword visibility trends and translate findings into actions.
Support reporting improvements and internal docs.
Collaborate with Senior SEO Strategists for advanced troubleshooting.
Follow internal standards and maintain workflow documentation.
Work cross-functionally to deliver great client and employee experiences.
