Job summary

TurboTenant is seeking an SEO Content Producer to own content production cycles, manage freelance teams, and ensure accurate, brand-consistent, SEO-driven content across our brand portfolio. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage AI workflows to maintain rapid publishing without sacrificing quality.

You will lead editing, QA, and publishing logistics, drive content roadmaps, and optimize performance using data-driven insights in a hybrid Denver-based role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Editorial excellence with copyediting, proofreading, grammar.
• Strong WordPress formatting, publishing, and optimization skills.
• Ability to translate complex property-management topics into engaging content.
• Operates high-volume, quality-focused workflows under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Freelancer & Agency Coordination: manage briefs, turnarounds, feedback, and pipeline to hit monthly targets.
• High-Volume Editing & QA: oversee blogs, landing pages, pillar pages, and refreshes for accuracy and brand voice.
• Roadmap & Publishing Logistics: manage WordPress staging, internal linking, and publishing schedules.
• Content Optimization & Refreshes: identify underperformers and implement strategic refreshes.
• Process & Workflow Engineering: document standards and QA cycles to improve efficiency.
• Multi-Brand Portfolio Support: coordinate briefs across TurboTenant’s brands for consistency.
• AI-Accelerated Content Operations: integrate AI tools to speed research, QA, and production.
