Brainlabs is seeking a Manager in SEO to deliver best-in-class client work and shape the campaign delivery plan with a test-and-learn approach. You’ll mentor peers and promote automation and improved processes across the SEO practice.

Reporting to the Senior Director, SEO, this full-time role based in the US emphasizes a culture-first environment with an office-centric setup, typically in-office three days per week, and a salary range of $75,000–$105,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering SEO campaigns.
• Proven track record of optimising SEO campaigns.
• Understanding of how other channels work and optimise together.
• Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly successful SEO campaigns that outperform KPIs, on budget and on time.
• Define campaign delivery plans and measurement targets.
• Effectively track and optimise campaigns.
• Be a point of contact for clients on day-to-day tasks and deliverables.
• Develop and implement guidelines and processes contributing to automation or process improvement.
• Contribute to developing best-practice roadmap for SEO offerings.
• Mentor less experienced SEO colleagues and grow team knowledge.
