SMB Team is hiring a Junior SEO Specialist to assist with keyword research, on-page optimization, and Local SEO while supporting 50–75 client accounts. The role focuses on delivering work on time, learning internal processes, and building skills across key SEO tools.

Salary is $65,000 annually, with remote/office flexibility in the United States. You will join a fast-growing digital marketing and coaching company for attorneys, with bonuses and an education budget to support your growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with 50-75 client accounts alongside Senior Technicians
• Perform keyword research, on-page optimizations, and Local SEO

Requirements

• 1+ year experience managing SEO campaigns and documented SEO understanding which includes: Basic Understanding of SEO Principles: A foundational knowledge of SEO tactics, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and the ability to analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Working proficiency across all core SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Willingness to complete all internal L&D onboarding modules
• Consistent, reliable on-time delivery
• Content Optimization Skills: The ability to effectively optimize website content for both search engines and user experience, incorporating relevant keywords naturally while ensuring the content is engaging and valuable to the audience.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and performance metrics, identify trends and issues, and implement solutions to improve SEO outcomes. This includes a willingness to continuously learn and adapt strategies based on search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.
