Job summary

Apple Inc. in Culver City, CA, is seeking an experienced SEO Analyst to power organic growth across Apple’s digital ecosystem.

You’ll own measurement, reporting, and analysis for product areas, turning search data and competitive intelligence into actionable insights while partnering with Content, Technical, Merchandising, and Product Marketing teams. You will monitor trends, perform keyword research, build dashboards, and translate findings into initiatives that boost visibility and performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with analysis and performance measurement for a global brand or agency.
• Proven experience translating search data into strategy and recommendations.
• Independent management of SEO measurement and reporting for a defined product area.
• Experience with keyword research and competitive analysis guiding content or technical SEO decisions.

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven SEO Analyst to power organic growth for a key product area within Apple's digital ecosystem. You'll monitor performance, research search trends, and turn data into actionable insight — maintaining the tracking and reporting that keep our SEO programs on course, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze SEO performance for assigned product lines or business areas to identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Conduct keyword research and interpret search data to surface and prioritize optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain SEO dashboards and reporting; troubleshoot tracking tools and safeguard data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into SEO initiatives and validate impact through post-launch checks.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance for assigned product lines or business areas, identifying opportunities for organic growth and surfacing anomalies.
• Conduct keyword research and research search trends, SERP features, and user behavior to inform SEO strategies.
• Generate insights through competitive analysis and interpretation of search data.
• Build and maintain SEO dashboards and tracking systems; troubleshoot tracking tools and safeguard reporting accuracy.
• Prepare recurring (weekly, monthly, quarterly) SEO performance reports and translate findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Support content and technical audits with data analysis, conduct post-launch checks, and share SEO analytics knowledge with team members.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, with a focus on analysis and performance measurement, for a global brand or digital agency.
• Proven experience in SEO analysis and translating search data into strategy and recommendations.
• Has independently managed SEO measurement and reporting for a defined product area or business segment.
• Has conducted keyword research and competitive analysis that directly informed content or technical SEO decisions.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Profound, seoClarity, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the technology and/or e-commerce industry.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Working knowledge of Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and automation.
• Experience measuring performance across AI-powered search surfaces (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc)
• Experience analyzing SEO performance for a product or brand with a global web presence, across multiple markets, locales, or languages.

Compensation and Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $112,600 and $171,900 and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
