Job summary

DC Army National Guard seeks a qualified Air Defense Battle Management System Operator to integrate, operate, and maintain Sentinel Radar systems for threat detection and warning. You will connect with allied and Joint units, process sensor data, and provide real-time airspace awareness to support air superiority.

This role emphasizes technical maintenance, network connectivity, and rapid decision-making under pressure within a military environment.

Qualifications

• Must be military enlistment in the Army National Guard.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be aged 17–35.
• Must pass a physical exam and meet standards.
• Citizenship requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate, move, and maintain the Sentinel Radar in varied locations.
• Establish interoperability with allied and joint Air Defense units.
• Collect and process battlefield information from multiple sensors.
• Provide airspace awareness and deconflict airspace.
• Evaluate intelligence data and report status in combat.
• Conduct engagement operations to counter threats.
