Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT seeks a Logistics Manager 3 to lead domestic transportation, inventory, and warehouse optimization for the SDS program. The role requires coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

You will develop analytics to inform decisions, drive process improvements, and advance sustainability goals while navigating a 9/80 work schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant transportation/logistics experience or Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD secret clearance and special program access.
• 3+ years of experience managing one or more supply chain functions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee domestic transportation policy, carriers, and logistics optimization for SDS.
• Develop data analytics methodologies to drive optimized logistics decisions.
• Implement strategic logistics strategies including Vendor Managed Inventory and Warehouse Optimization.

This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program.The Logistics Manager 3 is responsible for executing domestic transportation policy, carriers, and logistics optimization strategies for SDS as well as warehouse management. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of relevant transportation, logistics, or relevant experience OR Master's Degree and 6+ years of relevant transportation, logistics, or relevant experience. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
