Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Test Engineering Manager 3 in Roy, UT to lead lab design, integration and test for the Sentinel program. You will manage a diverse team, interface with customers, and ensure critical milestones are supported by the right infrastructure and equipment.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance with SAP eligibility; prior EVMS leadership and CAM certification are highly valued. Strong cross-functional leadership and systems engineering expertise are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related work experience; or Master's degree with 6 years of related experience.
  • Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance; ability to obtain SAP approval.
  • Minimum 3 years managing EVMS; CAM certified.
  • Experience in Integration and Test Environments; team management and scheduling.
  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams; customer-facing experience.
  • Desired: US Citizenship with active Top Secret or SCI clearance; lab design/build experience.
  • Experience with System Integration Lab, hardware/software integration, and test automation.
  • Model Based Systems Engineering knowledge including DoDAF and SysML; familiarity with CAMEO.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
