Eurofins USA Food Testing operates SAM The National Food Lab in Minneapolis, MN. We seek a detail-oriented kitchen & serving associate for consumer taste testing sessions. Expect preparing, presenting and serving samples while upholding safety and food-handling standards.

The role is part-time (on-call) with flexible hours, requiring strong teamwork, reliability and excellent communication skills for a fast-paced lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Server: deliver testing product and ensure proper test instructions.
• Kitchen: prepare testing product per client protocols.
• Moderator: observe and direct participants through the test.
• Host: check-in participants and ensure documents are complete.
• Set-up and break down of testing area.
• Maintain testing environments for consistency, cleanliness and compliance with protocols.
• Support data collection and database-related tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
