Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sensory, Food Science, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience for Sensory Scientist I/II; 6+ years with senior levels and advanced degrees.
• Experience with sensory data analysis and product development insights.

Responsibilities

• Leads the sensory learning agenda for tactical and strategic initiatives.
• Translates consumer expectations for product development and validation.
• Collaborates with R&D, Marketing, and Consumer Insights to guide decisions.
• Applies advanced methods and stays current with new sensory techniques.
