Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. This on-site role is based in South Brunswick or Union Beach, New Jersey, and requires coordination of sensory panels and consumer studies to deliver robust results.

You will recruit panelists, organize testing, analyze data, and partner with C&D teams and PX Researchers to align objectives and ensure sample readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Psychology, or related field.
• 1-3 years in a laboratory environment; sensory lab experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sensory evaluation methodologies and data handling.
• Experience with EyeQuestion, Compusense or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong MS Excel and Word skills.
• Ability to travel between South Brunswick and Union Beach (1 day/week).

Responsibilities

• Lead descriptive sensory evaluations and consumer panels.
• Recruit, schedule, and manage panelists; track attendance and performance.
• Coordinate testing objectives with Creation & Design and PX Researchers.
• Review ballots, sample selection, and deliver project feedback.
• Analyze sensory data, generate reports, and maintain documentation.
