  • Prioritize product initiatives by balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver best‑in‑class product solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and strategy.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and post‑launch optimizations.
  • Analyze product performance through KPIs and data insights, iterating on the product to maximize user engagement and business outcomes.
  • Advocate for user‑centric design and foster a customer‑first mindset across teams.
  • Lead usability testing and feedback sessions to refine product features and user experiences.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or a fast‑paced technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling impactful products.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear product requirements.
  • Expertise in product lifecycle management, Agile development methodologies, and cross‑functional team leadership.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data‑driven decision‑maker with experience in analytics tools and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Soft Skills:
