Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Senior to oversee the implementation, management, and optimisation of Zscaler security solutions within EY's network. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure security and performance, conduct risk assessments, and respond to security incidents.

The role emphasizes Zero Trust services, policy enforcement, and alignment of security with business goals, with strategic vendor alliances and a broad set of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler solutions and features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Certifications such as ZCCP, CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams for secure deployment and management.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions.
• Provide guidance and training on Zscaler security best practices.
• Keep abreast of Zscaler trends, threats, and technologies.
