Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Senior to oversee the implementation, management, and optimisation of Zscaler security solutions within our organization. You will work with multiple teams to ensure security and performance of our network infrastructure and respond to security incidents.

The role emphasizes Zero Trust services, risk assessments, and alignment of security management with business goals, offering opportunities to lead strategy, testing, and rollout with strategic vendor alliances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network security or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Strong understanding of network security, IAM, and encryption.
• Certifications such as ZCCP, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies and configurations within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on Zscaler security best practices.
• Keep current with Zscaler security trends and technologies.
