Job summary

Dulcedo, a premier talent management agency, is seeking a Senior Zoho Developer in the United States. You will architect, build, and optimize Scalable Zoho-based systems to support Finance, Accounting, Talent Management, and Operations.

You will leverage advanced Zoho components, APIs, and AI-assisted tools to automate workflows and accelerate delivery while maintaining security and quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on Zoho development.
• Advanced expertise across the Zoho ecosystem: Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and workflow automation.
• Proven experience independently architecting, developing, and delivering complex Zoho solutions in production.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize solutions across the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Flow, Deluge).
• Architect and deliver complex Zoho solutions from requirements through testing and deployment.
• Build integrations between Zoho and external platforms via APIs and webhooks.
• Develop automations and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Troubleshoot applications; identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Ensure solutions are secure, well-documented, and maintainable.
