Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Zscaler Engineer to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions within our organization. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, conduct risk assessments, and respond to incidents to protect our network and data assets.

You will align Zero Trust with business goals, lead security configurations, and leverage vendor partnerships to deliver a comprehensive security program across EY’s global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler solutions and their features.
• Experience with security tools and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Relevant certifications such as ZCCP, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams for secure deployments.
• Respond to security incidents and breaches.
• Implement and manage security policies in Zscaler.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Provide guidance and training on Zscaler best practices.
• Stay current with Zscaler trends and technologies.
