Job summary

xage, inc is seeking a Sr. Customer Success Engineer in Palo Alto, CA. This role requires deep knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and cybersecurity, focusing primarily on Identity and Access Management. Candidates should have extensive experience delivering cybersecurity solutions for complex environments.

The ideal applicant will engage with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, meet quarterly product adoption goals, and drive customer retention. Strong technical and communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing cybersecurity solutions, especially in IAM and PAM.
• 3+ years in network security design/deployment across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Deep knowledge of Federal security standards like NIST SP 800 series and Risk Management Framework.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Zero Trust principles and cyber-physical systems.
• Manage technical escalations and coordinate with Engineering and Support teams.
• Deliver technical coaching and training to optimize Xage Security solutions.
