Xage Security, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect for the United States.

The role involves advising clients, designing and delivering customized cybersecurity integrations, and collaborating with engineering and sales teams to advance federal accounts. Strong emphasis on IAM/PAM, network security, and industrial environments. The position requires deep technical expertise and the ability to translate customer needs into concrete architectures while guiding deployments and future product

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in developing cybersecurity solutions and services.
• 10+ years in design and deployment of network security solutions in industrial networks.
• Linux system administration & troubleshooting experience.
• Proficient in Shell/Bash/Python/C++.
• Knowledge of virtual machines, network virtualization, and containerization technologies (Docker).

Responsabilités

• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients, delivering customized integrations and workflows.
• Be the first line of defense in solving customer support requests and coordinating resolutions with engineering teams.
• Provide training and coaching to customers on Xage Security solutions deployment.
• Map features to customer business needs and benefits.
• Influence product roadmap with customer feedback.
• Define technical solutions meeting customer use cases using internal and partner tools.
• Collaborate with sales to build key account relationships, especially in federal sector.
• Identify product gaps and coordinate with product management and engineering to address them.
