Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Services Architect to join the Solution Consulting team in a hybrid role (Bangalore, Mohali, or Pune). You will provide architectural leadership during scoping, sizing, and positioning of Professional Services, ensuring engagements are technically sound and aligned with customer zero‑trust goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role in cybersecurity or network infra.
• Deep fluency in Zero Trust architecture including SWG, SASE/SSE, ZTNA, routing, firewalls, IAM.
• Ability to translate complex architectures into defined LOE SOW scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops with enterprise customers.
• Advise Service Sales Managers on complex architectural questions and translate requirements into service packages.
• Architect custom SOWs for multi-product deployments (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) and validate LOE estimates.
• Bridge sales and delivery with documented handovers to post-sales teams after deal closure.
• Drive scoping governance to prevent scope bloat and support GTM through product workshops.
