Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior ICAM Engineer to lead enterprise IAM initiatives across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. You will design, deploy, and support IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and passwordless methods, integrating Ping Federate, Entra ID, Okta, or ADFS to secure critical assets.

You will work with stakeholders to optimize identity lifecycles, define access requirements, and ensure secure authentication across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Ping Federate, Entra ID, Okta or ADFS.
• Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, or OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Experience with Identity Federation and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Experience with RBAC or ABAC access models.
• Experience integrating IdPs with AD/LDAP including sync and auth workflows.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures and MFA/passwordless in IdP environments.
• Ability to resolve complex identity/federation issues across on-prem, hybrid and cloud.
• Secret clearance and HS diploma or GED.
