FedTec seeks a Senior Zero Trust Consultant & SME focused on the Data Pillar of the CISA ZTMM. This advisory role supports the ZTA PMO with planning, governance, and roadmaps, guiding stakeholders and aligning with federal mandates.

Based in Woodlawn, MD, the role emphasizes gap analysis and governance rather than hands-on implementation, requiring deep knowledge of OMB M-22-09, NIST SP 800-207, and related frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience advising within an Enterprise PMO aligning agency strategies with federal guidance.
• Strong understanding of FedRAMP cloud security requirements and FISMA risk management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Federal Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Data Pillar SME within the ZTA PMO and coordinate with project managers.
• Lead gap analyses across data repositories, cloud, and on-prem environments.
• Translate technical findings into PMO deliverables and governance briefings.
• Coordinate cross-pillar data controls with Identity, Device, and Visibility pillars.
