Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years' experience working with youth and in-school setting.

Responsibilities

• Represent the program and agency at partnership meetings with partners, funders and the public.
• Assist Program Director in planning trips and activities and strategies to advance goals.
• Manage a caseload of students and track attendance and educational progress.
• Provide regular individual counseling meetings.
• Coordinate attendance outreach and field activities.
• Provide crisis counseling/restorative mediations as needed.
• Facilitate daily program activities and track academic progress.
• Maintain progress notes and required documentation and reports.
