What We Do

The Sr. Business Analyst should be knowledgeable about processing year-end data files, reviewing year-end reports, and managing applicable disclosures with year-end statements. They will ensure quality control and timely processing and mailing of all year-end statements and IRS reporting. The role also involves assisting with year-end communications to clients, internal business units, and customers, as well as processing and quality checking the MSP purge process.

What You'll Do

• Assist with year-end communications to clients, internal business units, and customers, including managing the MSP purge process.
• Conduct business process evaluations by interviewing internal and external customers to understand business requirements.
• Identify problems, define business process requirements, research solutions, negotiate resources, develop and test solutions, and implement improvements across business processes.
• Analyze the impact of workflow and processes within the current business environment.
• Create reports, analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights to management and partners.
• Apply industry practices and established policies as a seasoned professional.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions within application and functional expertise.
• Contribute to department process improvements and influence procedures.
• Negotiate and build consensus with cross-functional teams.
• Handle customer interactions as needed.
• Supervise and mentor less experienced Business Analysts, monitoring project progress.
• Set objectives and ensure project goals are achieved.
• Leverage expertise and resources across teams to define complex business processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Salary Range: $75,375 - $100,475 annually. This range is an estimate of the base pay.
