Job summary

The Senior Writer will develop comprehensive communications plans, craft tailored outreach campaigns, and author multi-platform content including speeches, features, briefings, and social media while aligning with the organization’s strategy.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• 5+ years in strategic communications planning.
• Experience with government contracting for military branches.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Strategic Communications Plan.
• Develop and draft tailored outreach campaigns, strategic communications strategies, and tactical execution plans for high-visibility events for government approval.
• Interview subjects on diverse topics and author cohesive, multi-platform content for executive speechwriting, features, public information, briefings, and social media.
• Evaluate campaign performance and deliver a Monthly Status Report to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) with metrics and reporting data.
