Job summary

Trillium is seeking a hands-on assembler/test technician to join our Hamburg, New Jersey facility. You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot electrical motor components, ensuring quality and reliability of motors and related equipment.

This on-site role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will document critical data, interpret charts and drawings, and maintain safety standards while collaborating with a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Digital Multimeter and basic electrical safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret charts, drawings and procedures.
• Experience with basic computer programs (Excel, Word, intranet).
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test and troubleshoot electrical assemblies and components.
• Diagnose and repair problems in electric motors.
• Visually inspect stator and windings of electric motors.
• Test continuity of various electric motors and their cooling coils for leaks or flow.
• Document unit electro-magnetic characteristics and operating conditions.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time; perform other duties as required.
