Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Strategy & Transformation Manager to unite business objectives with the physical workplace portfolio. You will lead change initiatives, apply design thinking, and drive adoption of new ways of working across CBRE's portfolio.

You will partner with business leaders, HR, technology, and project teams to ensure successful transformation, employee engagement, and sustained organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience in workplace strategy, design, or business transformation.
• Commercial real estate experience with CRE services, architecture/design, or in-house CRE preferred.
• Strong communication and executive-level storytelling skills.
• Ability to build processes and tools where none exist.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace strategy and transformation initiatives with data-driven space programs.
• Develop and execute change management strategies for workplace and business initiatives.
• Build relationships with leaders, sponsors and change networks across the organization.
• Drive adoption of new ways of working and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coach and mentor teams in change management and workplace strategies.
