Job summary

National Oilfield Services LLC in Midland, TX, is seeking a Rig Operator to operate and maintain pulling unit equipment on a workover rig. The role requires 5+ years of double triple and double pole rig experience, and prior roles as Pulling Unit Hand, Derrickhand, and Rig Operator in oilfield service operations.

A valid Class A CDL (REQUIRED) and strong well-control knowledge are essential. The position may require extended hours, weekends, and outdoor conditions typical of oilfield work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Double Triple Rig experience and Double Pole Rig experience.
• Prev. experience as Pulling Unit Hand, Derrickhand, and Rig Operator in oilfield service/workover operations.
• Strong knowledge of service/workover rig operations and procedures.
• Well-control or pressure-control knowledge preferred or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control the rig and equipment.
• Ensure crew members are ready and on-site at scheduled times.
• Maintain productivity standards for all rig functions and safety procedures.
