Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of criticized or classified credits including large commercial or real estate loans.
• Make collection recommendations to Special Assets Manager regarding collection strategies.
• Engage attorneys and manage the litigation process to Judgment.
• Prepare forbearance agreements and negotiate workout terms.
• Coordinate SBA/CDC guaranty payment claims and document collection activities.
