Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Adobe Workfront expert to join the solution consulting and implementation team to help clients adopt the Adobe Marketing Cloud and support business transformation.

You will design, build, and configure Workfront to meet client requirements, lead discovery sessions, and coordinate acceptance testing while collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workfront administration or consultative Workfront experience.
• 2+ years of Workfront implementation and optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or Associate degree with minimum 6 years of work experience.
• Adobe Experience Cloud certification and Workfront Fusion experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront.
• Design, build and configure Workfront functionality to meet business process and application requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions with new clients and understand process design principles.
• Collect Workfront requirements and assess against client business processes.
• Configure Adobe Workfront objects such as custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approvals, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, companies, expense types, layout templates, filters, views, groupings, etc.
• Work with project stakeholders as part of a team.
• Coordinate acceptance testing and resolve issues.
