Job summary

Nortal is seeking a Sr. Workfront Configuration Engineer to design, configure, and optimize client Workfront environments.

You will implement workflows, forms, dashboards, and sharing rules, while leading Fusion integration efforts to automate processes and reports. In this client-facing role, you will translate business requirements into scalable solutions within Agile teams, mentor junior engineers, and stay abreast of Workfront updates to deliver high-quality results across a remote LATAM

Qualifications

5+ years designing, implementing, supporting project management systems.
Hands-on Workfront configuration: workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, sharing rules.
1+ year Workfront Fusion for integrations and automation.
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments; sprint planning and story decomposition.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain client Workfront instances to meet complex requirements.
Lead Workfront Fusion integrations; build automated workflows, reports, dashboards, forms.
Maintain and upgrade Workfront environments, manage users and feature rollouts.
Translate client needs into scalable architecture and implementation plans.
Mentor junior engineers and stay current with platform updates.
