Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Senior Technical Writer for Workforce Identity & Access Management. The role focuses on creating, maintaining, and governing technical and business-facing documentation that enables secure, compliant workforce identity services.

You will work with Identity Engineering, Governance, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, Service Desk, Product, and Business stakeholders to turn complex authentication and access concepts into clear, actionable content for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical writing in enterprise technology environments.
• 3+ years documenting IAM, cybersecurity, or information security programs.
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical docs for workforce identity and access management services.
• Create administrator guides, runbooks, and implementation standards.
• Translate IAM concepts into clear language for a global workforce and support rollouts.
• Collaborate with identity engineers and stakeholders to validate content and standards.
