Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field (e.g., Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics).
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics.
• 2+ years designing and delivering HR/HCM dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to translate workforce challenges into data and reporting needs.
• Lead complex workforce analyses using statistical models and analytics to forecast trends and support strategic decisions.
• Own workforce reporting and analytics end-to-end from scoping to delivery.
• Transform data findings into clear narratives to drive leadership actions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts and ensure data quality and integrity.
