Job summary

PMA Companies is seeking a Sr. Workforce Data Analyst to strengthen workforce analytics by building data models, tools, and processes for HR data capture, governance, and reporting.

You will work with HR, IT, and finance to ensure data accuracy, security, and availability, leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform to create scalable analytics solutions across current and legacy data sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with complex datasets and analytics-ready data structures.
• Experience extracting, transforming, integrating, and validating data from multiple sources.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance workforce data structures, models, and processes for HR reporting and analytics.
• Transform data from HCM, payroll, and other sources into reliable datasets.
• Build and support scalable data and automation solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Partner with analysts and IT to support reporting, dashboards, and workforce metrics expansion.
• Translate requirements into data models, datasets, and automated solutions.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis to ensure accuracy.
