Job summary

Hemet Global Medical Center is seeking a Workers' Compensation Supervisor responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of KPC Healthcare's Workers' Compensation Program across all facilities. This role ensures regulatory compliance and minimizes organizational risk while overseeing claims and leading return-to-work initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Workers' Compensation experience and strong knowledge of California laws. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workers' Compensation experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the corporate Workers' Compensation program.
• Oversee claims from injury through closure.
• Provide leadership to Workers' Compensation staff.
