Job summary

You will draft pleadings, conduct discovery, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court, including trials.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Experience in Federal and State workers’ compensation preferred.
• Ability to understand complex medical reports.
• Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and negotiate settlements.
• Make confident court appearances, including trials.
• Analyze orthopedic and medical reports to build strong cases.
