Job summary

Questpro has partnered with a national third-party administrator to fill an immediate need for a Temporary Remote Work Comp Adjuster (NJ, WV, or PA). Experience handling NJ, WV, or PA. License is required for WV.

One position available for 3 months or more. M-F, 8:30-5pm, 100% Remote - Equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Experience handling workers' compensation claims across different claim types.
• Familiarity with NJ, WV, PA state processes and requirements.
• Ability to manage investigations, reserving, medical and loss management.
• Experience serving multiple internal/external clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle lost-time, litigated and non-litigated WC claims for NJ/WV/PA.
• Investigate 3-point contacts, reserve appropriately, and manage medical decisions.
• Serve internal or external clients with efficient claim handling and communication.
• Maintain caseload of 110–115 combined new and existing claims.

• Must have experience handling WC lost-time, litigated, and non-litigated claims for NJ, WV, or PA


• Type of accounts: Retail, Captives, Hospitals, Healthcare, Staffing, Government (All WC)


• Investigation of claims 3pt contacts, reserving, medical management, loss management, and servicing internal/external clients


• Desk has 110-115 combined of new and existing claims
