How You'll Make An Impact

• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and resolve claims appropriately.
• Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, exhibiting empathy throughout the process.
• Handle claims consistent with policies, procedures, and in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support outcomes.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3-5 years experience handling lost time/indemnity claims, including litigated files.
• Jurisdictional experience in FL.
• Active FL Adjusters' licenses.

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver solutions and improve claims management.
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to serve clients and claimants effectively.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• At least 5 years of claims experience.
• Proper licensing in all handling states.
• Knowledge of industry standards.
• Proficiency with claims-related software.
