Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of dedicated Workers’ Compensation underwriting experience.
• Strong knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation regulations and rate environment.
• Demonstrated success managing complex accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and underwrite new and renewal Workers’ Compensation accounts.
• Analyze and evaluate submissions including loss runs and industry exposures.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with brokers and agents.
• Mentor and support junior underwriters in WC underwriting practices.
