The role collaborates with underwriting, claims, legal, and operations to ensure adherence to evolving state insurance regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in regulatory reporting, market conduct, and data governance within a property & casualty environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in P&C regulatory compliance, market conduct, or related functions.
• Experience with state regulators and coordination of regulatory responses.
• Experience with Workers' Compensation reporting and industry bureaus.
• Strong analytics, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance for workers' compensation and related P&C lines.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting across underwriting, claims, operations and legal.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on policy and procedure updates.
• Support market conduct initiatives and conduct regular reviews and audits.
• Collaborate with legal, IT, and external vendors on data governance and reporting.
