Job summary

TRISTAR is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a workers' compensation claims unit in Dallas - Irving, TX. The role requires five or more years of related experience, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Under minimal supervision, you will provide technical guidance and performance oversight to staff, collaborate with clients and management, and ensure compliance with state laws and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; five or more years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a workers' compensation claims unit with minimal supervision.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and performance oversight to staff.
• Review and approve priority payments and sign checks as authorized.
• Respond to claimant and vendor concerns to facilitate timely resolution.
• Coordinate audits and client file reviews; prepare monthly client reports.
