Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years related claims experience required.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled or able to obtain licenses per local requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workers' Compensation indemnity claims and oversee complex claim issues.
• Maintain accurate claim diaries, update reserves, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal teams, identify subrogation opportunities, and guide defense attorneys.
• Prepare and attend file reviews; negotiate settlements and resolve liens; ensure regulatory compliance.
