LanceSoft is seeking a Senior Analyst in the Workers' Compensation Claims unit in Los Angeles, CA. You will conduct senior analyst-level investigations upon receipt of new claims and support adjusters through meticulous case handling, diary management, and timely benefit processing.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of relevant experience handling, analyzing, and resolving workers' compensation claims.
• Experience with California workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Valid California Driver License or ability to use alternate transportation.
• Self-insurers Administration Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts senior analyst-level investigations upon receipt of new claims.
• Assists employees who have been injured on the job and processes benefits.
• Handles issues and problems regarding injured workers who filed claims.
• Reviews and responds daily to incoming legal and medical mail per regulations.
• Maintains claim files with an effective diary system to ensure timely responses.
• Mentors and trains lower-level employees.
• Prepares files for presentation to division personnel.
• Contributes to maintaining EEO policies and programs.
