Job summary

Chubb is seeking an ESIS Workers' Compensation Claims Representative in Glen Allen, VA to manage and adjudicate WC claims and file reviews under supervision. The role requires knowledge of state WC laws and prior experience in a TPA setting, with strong analytical and communication skills.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of WC claims handling, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing workers' compensation claims investigation/adjusting.
• Knowledge of VA, WV, IN, MI, OH, NC, SC, TN, KY WC laws and procedures.
• TPA environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain all workers' compensation claims and file reviews under supervision.
• Investigate and adjust claims in compliance with state laws.
• Coordinate with medical providers and vendors for timely payments.
• Assist with national coordination of accounts as needed.
