Job summary

The City of Scottsdale is seeking a Workers' Compensation claims professional to manage all aspects of the program in compliance with state statutes. This role emphasizes self-administration of claims and adherence to regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's Degree and at least three years of WC adjuster experience, with the ability to evaluate and settle claims in a timely, fair manner.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited educationalinstitution.
• Three years of experience as a Worker's Compensation insurance adjuster.
• Any equivalent combination of education and/or job-related experience that meets the minimum qualifications may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Performs all aspects of claims management required by state statute, involving self-administration of a Worker's Compensation claims program.
